Sparkling Wine Sunday Fish Boil
Sam Hybels, chef/owner of samuel's
in Suttons Bay, will provide the catering for two Sunday
Whitefish Boils this summer.
The
Traditional Whitefish Boil will begin promptly at 2 pm,
with a starter sparkling wine. Once all guests have gathered, appetizers
and sparkling wine
will be served at the linen covered picnic tables under the
tent between the winery and the vineyard. Then the Whitefish
Boil spectacular, with wine, and dessert, also with wine, will be served.
Following the food and wine, a guided walking tour of the vineyards
is offered. Commentary by Larry is provided during the
tour,
as well as during the meal.
Cost for the Whitefish Boil is $50 per person.
