ABOUT ORDERING

We offer our usual 15% discount for wine orders that total one case [12 - 750 ml bottles, 24 - 375 ml bottles, or 6 1.5L bottles]. Also, a 25% discount is offered for orders of wine totalling three or more cases. Wines may be mixed among sizes and varieties to receive the discount. The software here will calculate and credit you with the discount as it applies.

For wine orders: Our online order processing system uses an age verification service to assure that orders are accepted only from individuals of legal age. If the system cannot verify your age, you will be notified, and you may send us a copy of a government issued photo ID showing your age.

 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY: We ship via FedEx Ground. AN ADULT MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY. Please consider having your wine order shipped to a business, rather than to a residence. Business delivery is less costly, and it is more likely that someone will be present to sign.

 

PRIVACY POLICY: We will never give any of your information to anyone.

 

SECURITY POLICY: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

 

REFUND POLICY: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
